Born and raised in Southern Ontario, Richard Grift joined CrossPoint as Senior/Lead Pastor in 2005. He loves to share God's Word in different settings, from Sunday worship to one-on-one conversations, to help people grow in their knowledge of God and his Son, our Saviour, and grow in their joy from of his transforming presence in their lives. He and his wife, Margaret, enjoy watching mystery movies; they have 3 young adult children.
One of Rich's personal passions is motorcycling (and regularly fixing his old 2-wheelers).
Dallas and his wife, Mary, have actively participated in various forms of Christian ministry for the past 15 years. They have a daughter, Norah, who is 6 years old; she is often seen energetically exploring the church while Dallas is present. Dallas joined CrossPoint in the fall of 2019. He holds a Law and Security degree from Georgian College and a Bachelor of Religious Studies from Tyndale University. Currently, he is halfway through his Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry at Tyndale Seminary, with a focus on children's and young adults' ministry, as well as multiculturalism within the church.
Dallas is passionate about teaching God's Word and facilitating spiritual growth in others as they deepen their relationship with the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. In his leisure time, he enjoys family activities, cottage life, reading, and watching hockey, particularly supporting the London Knights and the Philadelphia Flyers. The Legge family is committed to loving and supporting one another in their shared mission to serve the Lord.
Pastor Peter Carrión has faithfully led the community of Christian Ministry La Roca since its founding in 2010 and was commissioned as a pastor in the Christian Reformed Church in 2021.
While his primary ministry has been dedicated to serving the Hispanic community, Pastor Peter’s heart has always sought to build bridges and foster meaningful connections with the English-speaking congregation. He is deeply committed to creating opportunities for unity and interaction, reflecting the vision of “different cultures, one body in Christ”. His dedication to the ministry and shared faith continues to strengthen bonds across diverse communities, exemplifying the love and unity of the gospel, fostering unity and understanding.
Pr. Peter’s heart for service is evident in his tireless efforts to support those in need, always encouraging others to embrace a spirit of serving. One of his guiding principles is, “Always leave room for one more chair,” reflecting his deep desire to ensure everyone feels welcomed and valued in God’s family.
Pr. Peter is the loving husband of Gabriela and proud father of Victoria, Abigail, and Belen. Together as a family, they enjoy traveling, road trips, visiting museums, and exploring new sights, making memories wherever they go.
Apurva Golla Began his work as our Office Administrator from January 2025. He is also an active member of our Worship Team.
He is extremely friendly and always ready to help. You can reach out to him via call, Email or drop in during office hours for any information.
In his free time, he loves to make music, Read Books & explore outdoor activities.
Aaron started with CrossPoint as our Rental Coordinator in October, 2022. We are so pleaseased to have him part of our team and we know that he welcomes an opportunity to assist you with any rental inquires and opportunities with CrossPoint.
Yolanda started in her role as Custodian in May 2020. We are excited to have her join us. She has many years of experience of cleaning in business and home settings.
