Pastor Richard Grift - Senior Pastor
Born and raised in Southern Ontario, Richard Grift joined CrossPoint as Senior/Lead Pastor in 2005. He loves to share God's Word in different settings, from Sunday worship to one-on-one conversations, to help people grow in their knowledge of God and his Son, our Saviour, and grow in their joy from of his transforming presence in their lives. He and his wife, Margaret, enjoy watching mystery movies; they have 3 young adult children.
One of Rich's personal passions is motorcycling (and regularly fixing his old 2-wheelers).

Dallas Legge - Youth & Young Adult Director
Dallas and his wife, Mary, have actively participated in various forms of Christian ministry for the past 15 years. They have a daughter, Norah, who is 6 years old; she is often seen energetically exploring the church while Dallas is present. Dallas joined CrossPoint in the fall of 2019. He holds a Law and Security degree from Georgian College and a Bachelor of Religious Studies from Tyndale University. Currently, he is halfway through his Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry at Tyndale Seminary, with a focus on children's and young adults' ministry, as well as multiculturalism within the church.
Dallas is passionate about teaching God's Word and facilitating spiritual growth in others as they deepen their relationship with the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. In his leisure time, he enjoys family activities, cottage life, reading, and watching hockey, particularly supporting the London Knights and the Philadelphia Flyers. The Legge family is committed to loving and supporting one another in their shared mission to serve the Lord.

Cindy Bodini - Worship Ministries Director
Cindy began her work as Worship Ministries Director in October 2019. She has played piano since she was 7, and has always loved making music on her own or in groups. In her spare time, you will often find her reading, walking, or listening to music. Cindy and her husband Richard have 4 young adult children.

Janet Drent - Office Administrator & Bookkeeper
Janet Drent (Bron) has worked in our office as our Administrator since 2006 and our Bookkeeper since 2015.
She is the first person you often see or hear when you contact the church.
She loves her work at CrossPoint and does it well. Whatever you need to know give her a call and she will have an answer for you, or can find out.
In her free time she loves reading, curling, hiking and spending time with family.

Aaron Coursolle - Rental Coordinator

Yolanda Flores - Custodian
Yolanda started in her role as Custodian in May 2020. We are excited to have her join us. She has many years of experience of cleaning in business and home settings.
